Co-working space has existing IT in place making it easy to walk in and set up. It’s also an excellent location for staff to attend training sessions, they simply go down a level to join a training session, doesn’t get any easier. The Precinct is well priced given the excellent level of service and has allowed us to keep remote staffing costs to a minimum.

The big thing for us is it’s close to the Auckland airport, easy parking, quick access in and out of the building, and also a super flexible arrangement depending on demands and staff levels, the meeting rooms are very useful on demand. It’s overall a great office space and having an office administrator on the ground all the time is huge value for us to organise courier deliveries, book meeting rooms, IT support and catering if required.
