The Precinct - Sydney

Is located in the heart of Sydney Olympic Park, the geographical heart of Sydney. In a prestigious building with 5-star facilities, your guests and clients will be impressed.
The location is convenient, just 30 minutes from the CBD and easily accessible by car, train or bus. Set in parkland spanning over 430 hectares, The Precinct allows you to enjoy a breath of fresh air and all the varied facilities of the area, whilst remaining close to the city.

Transport and Parking

CAR: 30 minutes from the Airport via the M5 and A3, or from the City via A4 or A40/A3, in clear traffic. However varying traffic conditions may increase travel times.
TAXI: There is a taxi rank directly in front of the Precinct.
TRAIN: Sydney Olympic Park station is a few minutes walk away and connects to the City (30 minutes) and Parramatta (25 minutes) at Lidcombe. Connections between Sydney Olympic Park and Lidcombe run both directions every 10 minutes. The Airport will take just over an hour with an additional connection at Central.

PARKING: Parking at is available at various Sydney Olympic Park parking stations for $5 per hour, capped at $25 per day. P8 is closest to the Precinct, with P2 and P3 close by.

The closest (but most expensive parking) is available at the Novotel Hotel opposite the Precinct on Showground Road at $45 per day. There is also street parking from 30 mins to 2 hours on nearby streets, although the time limits can vary

The Precinct - Auckland

Is built across 2 floors of a brand new stunning building. 40 Onehunga Mall was designed at the outset to set new benchmarks in commercial office design and construction, and to showcase a wide range of construction materials, techniques, and environmentally efficient products. The location is strategically positioned midway between the Airport and Auckland CBD  and is immediately accessible from the Southwest Motorway. With it’s origins as a historical commercial centre on Mangere Inlet, Onehunga is a hive of light industrial and commercial activity today.

CAR: 10 minutes from the Airport via State highway 20, or from the City 20 minutes in clear traffic. However varying traffic conditions may increase travel times.

TRAIN: Onehunga train station is about 600 meters (8 mins walk) away from ‘The Precinct’ and connects to the city. The Onehunga Line links directly to Britomart in downtown Auckland.

PARKING: Please see below 4 parking options

⦁ 4 x Guest car park space on-site, first-come-first-serve. As you enter - drive straight and there are 4 parallel car parks available. It will be labeled ‘guest carpark’

⦁ Free Off-street parking -just outside the Precinct (on Onehunga mall road), again first-come-first-serve

⦁ The other is a big car park just a 3min walk away from the office at Gloucester Park.

⦁ 3 min walk away from the office at The Landing Restaurant
